How To Wash Bras By Hand | Bra Care Tips
Hello, today’s friend In this post, I’ll show you how to wash bras by hand and how to store bras. Bras is an integral part of our wardrobe and we must take great care of it, and we all know that it can be a very expensive investment and we want it to last as long as possible. Here are some tips to wash, dry, and store your bras in the right way! We all know that bras are a very expensive investment, and we want them to last as long as possible. So today I’m going to show you how to wash, dry, and store your bra the right way!
WASHES
The hand always washes your bra, so take a bucket of lukewarm water and add washing detergent to it. Soak the bras for a while, then rub the edges of the bra gently with a toothbrush. Make sure you don’t use a washing brush because it’s very hard on the bra. Finally, rinse with cold water. Don’t squeeze or twist the bra to remove excess water from the cups. You risk damaging the fabric and distorting the shape of the cup.

If you want to wash your bra, use a lingerie bag. A lingerie bag helps protect your delicate bras from the wear and tear of the washing machine. Make sure you hook the bra to avoid snacking with another bra.
DRY
To get rid of any excess water, keep your bra against a towel, pull it down before it’s dry. Never hang your bra with clothesline bra straps as gravity pulls the wet bra, which will loosen its shape. You should always hang the bras around the center, which attaches the two cups. Never fold your bra like this.
STORE
Store them in a row, with cups inside each other, to help them hold their shape. This makes it so much easier to find the right bra every morning. I hope this post will inspire you to take the right care of your bras. So they prove to be a worthy investment.

Hi everyone, I have a question. I always wash my bras by hand as they are quite expensive (big cupped bra’s don’t come cheap 🙁 ), and always let them dry to the air on a drying rack. Unfortunately, my bras keep a nasty odor, especially in the spots that have been sweaty. Does anyone have a nice tip how to get rid of the odor (other than using vinegar, I really don’t like the smell of that)? Thank you very much in advance!
Knowing how to wash your bras properly prevents your bras from getting damaged, and extends the comfort and life of your bra. Hand washing your bras is the safest way, but if you must use a washing machine, there are some approaches to do so safely.
